25 Year Glenlivet Scotch XXV Single Malt – $25 per shot
It is the nose on the 25 Year Old that really drives whisky-lovers to distraction – with scents of bittersweet dark chocolate and plump, sweet sultana. This opulent whisky, the oldest expression in The Glenlivet’s core range, is a sublime choice to mark special occasions.
 

18 Year Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch – $12 per ounce
Apricot-hued appearance, along with an aroma of dried fruits — particularly mangoes — and toffee. Palate is wonderfully balanced, with notes of ripe oranges, raisins and ginger, and leads to a phenomenal finish marked by butterscotch candy and lemon squares.
 

16 Year Lagavulin Islay Single Malt – $15 per 1.5 ounce
Intense aroma of peaty smoke, wood spices and Earl Gray tea. Notes of peat, rich smoke and salty tang, which are balanced by subtle hints of vanilla and honeyed oak. Finish is incredible and intense, with complex notes of sweet caramel and fruits belying bolder notes of peat and smoke.

14 Year Oban Single Malt – $15 per 1.5 per ounce
Olive gold color and a rich, sweet aroma filled with lemons, pears and oranges, as well as sea-salt and a light peatiness. Palate is full-bodied and extremely dry, with notes of dried figs and honey, and leads to a soft, oaky finish.

12 Year Glenlivet – $12 per 1.5 ounce
Aromas of honeysuckle and summertime fruits, along with notes of fresh pineapple and bitter cocoa on the palate. Rich, creamy finish filled with lasting touches of hazelnuts and marzipan.

SIGNATURE BOURBON

Four Roses Small Batch – $8 per 1.5 ounce
On the nose, Four Roses Small Batch Select offers raspberries, clove and nutmeg. As it hits the palate, it opens into flavors of apricot, ripe berries, vanilla and light oak. The finish lingers with notes of spearmint and a touch of cinnamon.

Basil Hayden's – $8 per 1.5 ounce
Golden amber color and a spicy aroma of breakfast tea and peppermint bark. On the palate, the rye grains are evident, as are the cracked pepper and honey notes. The finish is clean and dry, leaving a pleasant aftertaste of cinnamon and baking spices.

JAPANESE WHISKY
Suntory Whisky Toki – $8 per 1.5 ounce
Clear golden color and aromas of fresh basil, green apple and clover honey. The palate is filled with bittersweet citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and green grapes, as well as pungent herbs like peppermint, thyme and rosemary. The finish, which is subtle and slightly sweet, leaves an impression of vanilla and ginger which lingers endlessly.

PREMIUM RUM
Ron Zacapa 23 – $9 per 1.5 ounce
Light mahogany color, along with an aroma of sweet caramel, vanilla, cacao beans and butterscotch. Notes of sweet honey, raisined fruit and apricots on the palate, which are well-complimented by notes of oak, coffee, leather and tobacco. Finish, which lingers just enough, ends with a touch of caramel.
